We are a family run business who offer a professional friendly service with over fifteen years experience dealing with all aspects of planning consent dealing with the Yorkshire Dales National Parks, Richmondshire District Council, Harrogate Borough Council and all local planning authorities.
We also deal with building regulations, submitting all the forms, drawings and calculations on your behalf required to get the necessary approval. We can also get quotations from builders and contract manage the whole project from conception to completion.
We have vast experience in Barn Conversions, New Builds, Domestic Extensions, Attic Conversions, Orangeries, Agricultural Buildings and Light Industrial Units.
Our working relationship with County Kitchens (Leyburn) Ltd also allows us access to their interior designers who can provide 3D kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, home office, and study design.

Animal Welfare
We have carried out many animal welfare projects such as the design & build of a cattery at Hollins Close Kennels, Tunstall. The design of stables, staff accommodation and offices for Mark Johnston Racing at middleham.
School Projects
Classroom developments at Middleham Primary School, Kell Bank Primary, Hawes Primary School, Arkengarthdale School, and Leyburn Primary School. These projects have been project managed, and have come in on time and budget.
